Dermel Properties, LLC is owned and operated by Derek and Melissa Brashear, University of Illinois Alumni and local residents. Having lived in a variety of homes and apartments while attending the University, we are well tuned to the needs and desires of most student residents. Our goal is to provide a unique living environment from which to enjoy your college experience. To accomplish this goal, we strive to deliver all the extras and conveniences we would have wanted when we attended the University.
